My 21-Day Manifesting Challenge

I recently completed a 21-day manifesting challenge put on by the fabulous Gabby Bernstein. It is exactly what I needed to shift my mindset, release some fear I was holding onto and walk on the path of trust. 

At the beginning of the manifesting challenge, I had put together a statement of what I wanted to accomplish by the end of the 21 days. I thought a lot about wanting to manifest the life I wanted to live versus a specific thing. I dug deep and leaned into it and started the journey with this very statement:

With the right amount of water, body movement, healthy food and sleep, I have the energy to live a life beyond my wildest dreams. 

This felt very authentic and the right area of focus for me as we begin the 2023 year. I typically am trying to work on career goals or financial goals, so setting an intention going into 2023 that was focused on my health and well-being seemed to be the right place for me. 

Over the course of the journey, I started letting go of the need to control everything and all of the achiever behaviors that are my typical go-to, and the wildest thing happened. 

I started to feel a deep joy from within and a profound amount of love for who I am and for my place in this world. 

I finished the last part of this challenge today and decided to write a little something about how I was feeling.

Free to be Me

I trust the Universe has my back.

I trust things will happen in divine time.

I trust the process and am in flow like a river.

I trust God, the Angels and the Universe to guide me along the way.

I trust that my life is uniquely orchestrated. 

I trust that joy is abounding all around me.

I trust the love source within.

I trust that I am exactly who I am uniquely designed to be.

I release fear and walk in the path of divine love. 

I am free to be me. 

I hope these thoughts give you some inspiration to be who you were authentically made to be and to come from a place of peace and joy on this crazy journey we call life.
